What you should know

Just Carrots is carrot juice powder with the fibre removed and the enzymes and carotenoids kept. Each 400 g tin holds nearly 139 large carrots, tested pesticide-free, with no added sugar or colouring. Beta-carotene converts to vitamin A for vision and immune function; lutein looks after eyes and skin. Vegan, kosher.

Stir into cold water and drink immediately. It tastes sweet and orange, which is why it sits so easily next to BarleyLife and RediBeets in the Garden Trio. Mix fresh; skip boiling water.
