What you should know

BarleyLife is AIM's original green: juice powder from young barley leaves, harvested at night and cold-processed so chlorophyll, enzymes and phytonutrients stay intact. Fibre is removed so the nutrition is easy to take up. Each serving delivers more than 22 mg of chlorophyll, the enzyme SOD, and the leaf antioxidants lutonarin and saponarin. One tablespoon equals about six cups of barley leaves. Tested pesticide-free. Vegan, gluten-free, kosher.

Stir one rounded teaspoon into cold water or juice and drink it straight away, ideally on an empty stomach. Many people start with half a teaspoon and build up. Do not use boiling water.
