About Louise
Louise is a wellness coach whose faith shapes every aspect of her work. Having run herbal remedy workshops and plant-based cooking demonstrations across South Africa, she brings that same hands-on, practical care directly to this pantry: wholegrains, legumes, herbs, and natural supplements, chosen one by one, with every question answered by a real person.
She does not sell remedies as quick fixes, nor does she ask anyone to purchase before they understand. Consultations are unhurried, orders are reviewed personally, and every recommendation begins with listening to what your body is experiencing.
Louise runs the pantry and answers every message, but she is not the healer. Her role is simply to help you cooperate with the natural laws and provisions God gave us to sustain life and health.
Why EL Is Healing
Hebrew: אֵל · The Creator & The Provision
In the ancient Hebrew scriptures, El (אֵל) is the name for God—signifying the Mighty One, the Sovereign Creator who spoke the heavens, the earth, and human life into existence.
Because God is the Author and Architect of the human body, He alone holds the power to restore and make whole. Healing is not manufactured by human pride, complex chemicals, or artificial shortcuts; it is an act of restoration by the One who designed every cell.
To sustain and restore the body, God provided remedies in the natural world. As Christian health pioneer Ellen G. White wrote, echoing Psalm 104:14, God has caused simple plants and herbs to grow “for the service of man.”
Whole foods, restorative herbs, and lifestyle are not alternatives to faith—they are God’s appointed instruments. When we nourish our bodies with what the Creator provided in Eden, we are simply cooperating with His healing laws.
