What you should know

BarleyLife New Harvest is the South African name for AIM's barley-leaf juice in 280 vegan capsules. Same young barley leaves as the powder — chlorophyll, lutonarin, saponarin, SOD and alkalising minerals — without a tin or a shaker. Leaves are juiced (not milled) and cold-processed so the nutrition stays close to fresh juice.

Take seven capsules daily, or start with three to four and increase every few days. Swallow with water. Capsules skip the grassy taste, which some people prefer at work or on the road.

Suits travellers, office days, and the capsule starter and cleansing packs. Not gelatin. Follow the label; a powder tablespoon does not map one-to-one onto capsules.
