What you should know

Food Essentials Xtra is the same four-piece idea as Food Essentials, with BarleyLife Xtra 360 g instead of original BarleyLife. Just Carrots 400 g, RediBeets 250 g and AIMega 120 gelatin capsules complete the set. Apple-cherry greens, two root juices, and the oil capsules.

Mix the powders in cold water; take AIMega with food. Gelatin capsules mean the pack is not vegan, even though the juices are plant powders.

Suits the Food Essentials habit if you already prefer Xtra's fruit note in the green cup. One of each tin and bottle. Not a weight-management pack and not a cleanse kit.
