What you should know

The unflavoured Cleansing Pack matches the raspberry pack, with plain Herbal Fiberblend 375 g instead of fruit flavour. Herbal Release, FloraFood and Para 90 are the same three vegan capsule bottles.

Mix the powder in a full glass of water; take the capsules as labelled. Plain fibre is easier to hide in juice if you want less herbal taste. Keep extra water nearby, as you would with any psyllium cleanse.

Suits the same clear-out as the raspberry pack, without raspberry. One of each. Choose the capsule pack if you would rather not mix powder at all.
