What you should know

The raspberry Cleansing Pack is the same four-piece AIM clear-out, with Herbal Fiberblend as 375 g raspberry powder instead of capsules. In the pack: that tin, Herbal Release 60 vegan capsules, FloraFood 60 vegan capsules, and Para 90 90 vegan capsules.

Mix the raspberry fibre with a full glass of water. Take the capsule bottles as labelled during and after the fibre course. Keep fluid up; psyllium without water is a poor idea.

Suits people who like a fruit-flavoured fibre drink while they cleanse. One of each. Unflavoured and capsule versions exist if raspberry is not welcome.
