What you should know

Daily Trio is a three-product set: BarleyLife 360 g powder, raspberry Herbal Fiberblend 375 g, and Para 90 (90 vegan capsules). AIM puts a green drink, a fibre-and-herb clear-out, and a 30-day herbal intestinal course in one pack so you are not buying the bottles separately.

Stir BarleyLife into cold water in the morning. Mix the raspberry fibre with a full glass of water. Take Para 90 as a course with the fibre, not as a random extra. Keep drinking water through the day.

Suits a first serious AIM routine if you like raspberry fibre and do not need carrot and beet yet. One of each tin and bottle; when a piece runs out, refill that SKU rather than the whole pack.
