What you should know

Starter Pack 2 is the unflavoured twin of Pack 1: BarleyLife 360 g, Herbal Fiberblend unflavoured 375 g, and AIMega 120 gelatin capsules. Same three ideas — greens, fibre, fats — with plain fibre powder.

Mix the two powders in water (fibre needs a full glass). Take AIMega with a meal. Gelatin capsules mean the pack is not vegan.

Suits people who do not want raspberry. One of each. Move on to Food Essentials if you later want carrot and beet as well.
