What you should know

Renewed Balance is AIM's 56 g body cream. The formula names lemongrass oil, rosemary leaf extract and progesterone in a plant-based cream that absorbs quickly. AIM's menopause briefing describes natural progesterone cream as one option women use when oestrogen and progesterone drift out of balance around perimenopause and menopause — alongside food, rest and movement. This is a cosmetic, not a tablet.

Warm a little between your hands and smooth onto arms, legs or torso after a bath. A small jar goes further than it looks if you use a thin layer. Fragrance comes from the plant oils named.
