What you should know

Mag-nificence CWR is magnesium chloride for the bath, not a capsule. Magnesium is involved in more than 300 enzyme reactions — energy, muscle relaxation, nerves, heart and bones — and topical chloride is one of the more absorbable forms. For external use only.

The South African bottle is 55 ml — smaller than the large overseas flask. Use enough in a warm bath or footbath to make the water feel mineral, then soak 20–30 minutes, or apply a little directly after a patch test. Rinse the bath afterwards; magnesium water leaves a film.

Suits an evening soak for tired muscles. Keep it away from eyes and out of children's reach.
