What you should know

PrepZymes is AIM's digestive-enzyme capsule: 177 mg of cultured enzymes (protease, amylase, lipase, cellulase, lactase, maltase, invertase and papain), 50 mg of alpine wild garlic leaf and 40 mg of papaya fruit. The blend is meant to break down mixed, processed meals more thoroughly so they sit better. One hundred vegan capsules.

Take with meals, especially heavier plates. Take at a different meal from FloraFood so the enzymes do not reduce the probiotics. Garlic leaf is in the formula if garlic disagrees with you.
