What you should know

Para 90 is a herbal intestinal and parasite cleanse: twelve cleansing herbs, an extract and the enzyme bromelain. Ninety vegan capsules — one 30-day course in the name. It is in the Daily Trio and every Cleansing Pack.

Adults take one to three capsules three times daily for 30 days, with plenty of water. AIM suggests a course about every three months, often beside Herbal Fiberblend, then FloraFood to recolonise. This is a short programme, not a daily vitamin.

Suits a planned clear-out. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Children, the frail elderly, and people with ulcers or a colostomy should ask a practitioner. Black walnut hulls can cause allergy. This is AIM's positioning, not a diagnosis.
