What you should know

Herbal Release is AIM's lymphatic-cleanse capsule: nearly 1,000 mg of herbs per two capsules, including echinacea root extract, in a quick-release vegan shell. It is meant to help keep the lymphatic network moving during a detox. Sixty vegan capsules. It is one of the four pieces in every AIM Cleansing Pack.

Take one to two capsules daily with meals, with plenty of water. Use no longer than seven days at a stretch, then a week off. This is a cleanse product, not an everyday snack.

Suits people running a proper AIM cleanse alongside Herbal Fiberblend. Not for children, pregnancy or nursing; people with kidney disease or high blood pressure should ask a practitioner first.
