What you should know

Herbal Fiberblend unflavoured is the same psyllium-and-herb cleanse as the raspberry tin, without fruit flavour. AIM positions it for regularity, a shorter transit time and a thorough waste clear-out, with both soluble and insoluble fibre plus cleansing herbs. The tin is 375 g. Vegan, non-GMO.

Stir into a full glass of water and drink it before it sets. Plain powder is easier to hide in juice if raspberry is not for you; it is also the honest herbal taste. Keep extra water nearby.

Suits households that already drink unsweetened fibre, and it is the powder in Starter Pack 2, the unflavoured cleansing pack and one weight-management kit. Same caution as any psyllium: fluid, and a gentle start.
