What you should know

Composure is AIM's stress-and-relaxation capsule: 400 mg of herbal extracts and 400 mg of whole herbs per serving, including passionflower, oatstraw, marshmallow root, alfalfa, Irish moss, shavegrass, slippery elm bark and yucca. Water-extracted, vegan, with no added sugar or artificial colours. Irish moss supplies iodine. Members have used the formula for more than three decades. Sixty capsules.

Take two capsules daily, by day when the week is noisy or in the evening to unwind. This is a herbal wind-down, not a sleeping tablet and not a stimulant.

Suits anyone who prefers a small capsule to a cup of tea. Safe to take with other AIM products, including Herbal Fiberblend.
