What you should know

AIMega is a blend of organic cold-pressed flax, sesame, sunflower and olive oils with medium-chain triglycerides. It supplies a 2:1 ratio of omega-3 to omega-6, plus omega-9 from olive oil, to support heart, skin, cell membranes and everyday energy. MCTs are used quickly rather than stored. The gelatin is Halal and Kosher, so this bottle is not vegan. Contains sunflower, sesame and flax.

Take 2 to 3 capsules twice daily with meals. Keep the bottle cool and out of the sun.

A practical daily serve if you want essential fats without measuring oils at breakfast. It is the fat half of AIM's Food Essentials and starter packs.
