What you should know

This pack uses raspberry Herbal Fiberblend 375 g as the fibre, with GlucoChrom 60 vegan capsules, PrepZymes 100 vegan capsules and ProPeas 456 g. Same weight-management shape as the Fit 'n Fiber pack, with AIM's psyllium-and-herb cleanse instead of peach prebiotic fibre.

Mix the raspberry fibre with a full glass of water. Shake ProPeas. Take GlucoChrom before meals and PrepZymes with meals. Fibre here is a cleanse-style blend, so keep extra water in the day.

Suits people who already like Herbal Fiberblend and want protein and enzymes beside it. One of each. Unflavoured and capsule fibre versions exist.
